Winter Season on Nassfeld

Services & Conditions
Endreinigung, Abgabe, Zuschlag
Zu den Apartmentpreisen kommt eine einmalige Endreinigungsgebühr von € 110,- hinzu.
Außerdem wird eine Aufenthaltsabgabe von € 4,50 pro Person und Nacht (für Gäste ab 16 Jahren) berechnet – gemäß den gesetzlichen Vorgaben.
A surcharge may be applied for bookings of more than 6 people.

Payment Terms
A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than one month before your arrival.
Cancellation Terms
- Up to 3 months before arrival: No cancellation fees.
- 3 Monate bis 1 Monat vor Anreise: 30 % of the rental price.
- 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70 % of the rental price.
- In the last week before arrival: 90 % of the rental price.
