Winter Season on Nassfeld

Services & Conditions
Final Cleaning, Tax, Surcharge
A final cleaning fee of € 110,- will be added to the apartment price.
In addition, a local tax of € 2.70 per person and night (for guests aged 16 and over) will be charged - in compliance with legal requirements.
A surcharge may be applied for bookings of more than 6 people.
Included in the price:

- Energy costs (electricity, water, underfloor heating)
- Bed linen, towels, and dish towels
- Starter set of dish towels and toilet paper
- Parkplatz (in Tiefgarage)

Payment Terms
A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than one month before your arrival.
Cancellation Terms
- Up to 3 months before arrival: No cancellation fees.
- 3 Monate bis 1 Monat vor Anreise: 30 % of the rental price.
- 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70 % of the rental price.
- In the last week before arrival: 90 % of the rental price.
