The house was built in 2012 and offers all facilities: You can reach the ski slope directly from the apartment at ground level in the middle of Carinthia's largest ski area.
For an active skiing vacation or relaxing days in nature: the ideal apartment for your time at the Nassfeld.
It will be a pleasure to welcome you into our apartment!
The apartment house Nassfeld Sonnenalpe 104 is located at the foot of the Gartnerkofel (next to Haus Kärnten and the Alm Resort) directly on the ski slope. The Trögl ski area with 2 chairlifts is easily accessible on skis (approx. 200m). Let yourself be enchanted by the beauty of the surroundings and feel at home!
ARRIVAL
How to drive to your apartment
From the A2 Hermagor exit, head west through Hermagor to Tropölach. Now it's up the mountain. The B90 (Nassfeld Bundesstrasse) leads from Tropölach to the Nassfeld Pass (Passo Promollo).
After passing under the Gartnerkofel chairlift, take a sharp left onto the Gartnerkofel Weg. The apartment house (Nassfeld Sonnenalpe 104) is located on the right-hand side. The entrance to the parking garage is in the 1st bend to the right. If you drive on (around the house), you will reach the main entrance. Here you can enter the apartment at ground level.
Coming from Italy (Canal Valley), drive towards Passo Promollo at Pontebba. After the border you are on the B90 and reach the apartment - as described above - in a few minutes.
