Summer Season

The summer season starts on May 23 and ends on October 31, please refer to the availability overview above for the current prices of the apartments.

Winter Season

In the winter season, the apartment is available from December 9 to April 21. Prices are again shown above in the availability overview.

Services & Conditions

Final Cleaning Fee

A final cleaning fee of € 110,- will be added to the apartment price.
In addition, a local tax of € 2.70 per person and night (for guests aged 16 and over) will be charged - in compliance with legal requirements.

Included in the price:

• statutory sales tax (VAT)
• Energy costs (electricity, water, underfloor heating)
• Bed linen, towels, and dish towels
• Starter set of dish towels and toilet paper

Payment Terms

A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than one month before your arrival.

Cancellation Terms

• Up to 3 months before arrival: No cancellation fees.
• 3 Monate bis 1 Monat vor Anreise: 30 % of the rental price.
• 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70 % of the rental price.
• In the last week before arrival: 90 % of the rental price.
